Swim Day!

Today the kids had swim lessons. Reese is getting over her fear. Yes, you heard me, Reese had a fear of swimming this year and Garrett did not. She did well today and is even starting to use her arms.

Garrett is learning to use his arms much more and to swim on his back. This year there is no fear or negotiating going on. In fact, he can't wait to go swimming and I have heard him ask if he can do more things in the pool before he gets out.

After swim lessons, the kids wanted to stay and swim some more at their friends' house. Garrett was jumping off the waterfall and swimming to the big kiddy step. Reese and her friend Jordyn were playing and splashing on the kiddy step. Towards the end of the day, Garrett was swimming on his back. The kids will be exhausted tonight, go to bed early and sleep like babies! I can't leave Brooke out so below is a picture of her.
